Extended Hospitality Group, LLC is owned and led by Isaac Brown, President and CEO. EHG is a unique design development company with experienced Architects, Interior Designers, and Construction Specialists with over 20 years of experience. These talented professionals have proven skills and expertise in the fields of hospitality, residential, and commercial development projects. Each member of the team has excelled as a creator or designer for many of the successful hotel franchise brands and residential developments that exist today. Their portfolios include leading projects for major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Choice Hotels International. Extended Hospitality Group, LLC has positioned itself as a specialized leading development company with a talented team of leaders who offer value analysis and engineering on each project. EHG utilizes proven cost savings techniques and has great relationships with vendors around the world to help minimize risk and maximize benefits to ensure the satisfaction of clients.

Isaac Brown started his personally funded independent hospitality company in 2013 after more than twenty years of experience in the industry. He accomplished many tasks as an architect with Marriott International, Hilton, and finally with Choice Hotels International. At Choice, he not only led the cost-effective designs of prototypical brands that are being constructed throughout the world today, but also, he successfully recruited hundreds minority and first-time franchise owners into the Choice Hotels International system. In his position as Emerging Markets Director, he managed multi-million-dollar contract negotiations with each contract resulting in many years with each new hotelier entering the business.
From Mr. Brown’s hard work and dedication Choice hotels stands to make millions for many years to come. Mr. Brown received the President’s award every full year while serving as the Emerging Markets Director at Choice and received many other awards for his excellence in architectural design creativity and leadership performance throughout his career. Mr. Brown is very well respected by his peers in the hospitality, architectural, and many other professional and entrepreneurial circles throughout the United States.

Mr. Brown has identified several markets throughout the country where he implemented numerous turnkey development opportunities that show high yield returns for his investors which in turn identifies his company as an evolving success story in the industry. He has streamlined the development process for first time partners and hotelier entering the hotel ownership business. Mr. Brown’s company, Extended Hospitality Group, LLC currently has 7 projects working with other developers as an advisor and 17 hotel projects in the pipeline. Brands such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, Choice Hotels, InterContinental Group and Starwood are just a few of the brand being developed under Extended Hospitality Group, LLC.

Mr. Brown obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design Engineering from Grambling State University.

Mr. Brown is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Black Engineers, National Black MBA Association, AIPAC African American Leadership Outreach and several other national organizations; he has also volunteered with organizations such as the Richard England Boys and Girls Club and the Northeast Performing Arts Center for underprivileged youths in Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA and New York City.
